Character Allotment (From Start)

Things might be getting out of hand, so we're going to limit you to 3 characters from the start, and only 2 reserves on top of that.  That means that once you join, you can make three characters right away, and reserve an additional two canon characters.  After that, you have to hit 30 posts per character to make a new one.

This is to keep things fair instead of having a rapid influx of characters that other people may want.  It makes things a bit more fair.

This rule is in effect until otherwise stated.

Do minor villains count towards this rule?

Considering they might have issues hitting the 30 post limit, no.

But I don't want the rule to be sidestepped in a way like "I'll just make Joker a minor character, and then Ra's al Ghul, etc. etc.". They'd have to be legit minor villains.
