Bruce, as Batman, had taken to waiting on the rooftop nearby Jaina's apartment. She'd put on that suit and come out eventually, and he wasn't done talking to her yet. He figured this was the best way of getting to her, to just wait and intercept her. He had a police scanner frequency coming in, so he could act on any crimes in progress, but nothing yet, so he didn't feel too bad about sitting here.
After his run-in with the Hood, he wondered if the man went back to Starling. He hadn't been seen since.

"How long have you been waiting up here?" Rabbit asked, approaching him from behind. She was in full regalia, and quite proud she'd managed to sneak up on the Batman.

"You must have a reason of some kind for waiting up here." Rabbit walked past him, doing her best impression of the model runway strut and trailing a hand across his chest as he passed.

He ignored her touch and turned his head to look at her as he spoke, "I wasn't done talking to you after the other day."
