Group Name: Teen Titans Objective: Protect Gotham City Alignment: Good History: The Teen Titans organization is very new. It was started by Gotham U students Terry McGinnis, Stephanie Brown, Ryan Choi, Victor Stone, and Corinne Anders while talking about all of the good Batman was doing. The five of them all decided to take up a mask and fight crime.
A few days later, the Gotham U bookstore was being robbed, and the five jumped into help. Subsequent news reports declared the team the Teen Titans, a name they resented considering they weren't teenagers anymore.
Soon the roster expanded like wildfire. Victor brought in athletes Henry Hill and Charlie Edmond, Steph enlisted her roommate Cissie King-Jones, who convinced incoming freshman Karen Beecher and Henry's girlfriend Dawn Granger. Group Name: Birds of Prey (unofficial name) Objective: Fight crime and look good doing it. Alignment: Good History: As vigilantes in costumes are relatively new thing, not many groups of them have formed yet. Oracle already in contact with Black Canary, recruited her along with several others to form their own team. An undercover black-ops team of people in spandex and masks, who separately can take down a villain or two, but together have the potential to take down entire crime syndicates.
With crime so rampant in Bludhaven and the police force so corrupt and unable to handle the emerging populace of masked criminals, the team has opened a secret base (actually an apartment co-owned by Barbara and Dinah bought under different aliases) there. Though Barbara lives in Gotham and Dinah operates in Starling City, they still make it work. If any of the other members need a place to stay, they're welcome to the place.
They started off as an all women team because Barbara could only get a hold of willing female heroes. Now that they've formed as such, they like it and are sticking to it for the time being. Member List: Barbara Gordon/Oracle - Mission Control Dinah Laurel Lance/Black Canary - Field leader Zinda Blake/Lady Blackhawk - Chauffeur Other Members TBA

Group Name: The Lanterns Objective: Keep the peace Alignment: Good History: Founded in reaction to the rise of terrorism, the Lanterns have since branched out to fighting the brand of supervillainy that warrants costumes and maniacal laughs. Not much is on record, due to the sheer level of secrecy surrounding the Lanterns. They only answer to a cabal of highly-secret officials known collectively as "The Guardians", and they are only identifiable by their rings (which look like the canon Lantern rings). Member List: Alan Scott is the only known member, but there are others.
Group Name: Anti-Lanterns Objective: Destroy the Lanterns Alignment: Evil History: Founded as a reaction to the Lanterns, they are essentially the Lanterns's evil twins. Member List: No publicly known members.
