History: Garfield Lynns served in the army for five years with several tours in the Middle East. He kept to himself even when others acted friendly to him and only spoke unless spoken to. He followed his orders down to the letter and without question. Eventually he was assigned to a special unit, codenamed: Firefly. This unit was tasked with ridding their commander of any person, place, or thing that might "upset" the morale of their men and the people back home.
It didn't take long for the men to realize the commander was a monster and they were doing his dirty work. They planned on a group desertion after being sent off to wipe out a small village where their commander had impregnated a local woman. They were all slip into the darkness when the village erupted into flames. They soon found out that Garfield did not plan to desert like them and was continuing on with his duty.
They tried to stop them, but it was too late - the fire had spread too quickly and too far. The leader of the unit then pulled out his gun to kill Garfield, but he had already leapt into the fire. The men quickly fled the inferno - not bothering to see if Garfield had perished or not.
