Overview:
Jade is one of the world’s greatest assassins, and a member of the League of Shadows, being hailed as one of the greatest hand-to-hand fighters in the world. She has no remorse, and will kill anyone, not even for money, but for the challenge, for the thrill, for the sake of seeing someone’s life leave their eyes. She will never feel a thing after a murder, nothing other than satisfaction.
She despises people. She hates men, and hates women, although she does love to dominate, and will take men and women alike as her prisoners to ‘play’ with, just to show her might over them, and destroy their spirits and break their bodies. It entertains her, and it gives her releases that she needs. She’ll keep them around for a time before killing them slowly.
She’s sly and cruel, that sums her up rather well. When playing a part in high society to get at her targets, she acts like a less intelligent woman who’s only being used for sex of whoever she’s with, laughing and nodding and agreeing mindlessly. She hates it, but she does what she must. It only gives her more pleasure in her kills.
She’s incredibly flexible and agile, and favors poisons and claws tipped with poison. She despises guns and more conventional weaponry, but doesn’t mind bladed weapons, poisoned or otherwise.
Jade has no actual life, she lives going on from one mission or conquest to another. She abandoned who she was long ago, and appears as almost an empty shell, filled with only vengeance and a drive to kill.

History
Jade’s mother was French, her father was Chinese. Her father left her life immediately, not even knowing the woman he had slept with was pregnant. Jade was born in Vietnam, and was raised by her mother and some others in the community who wanted to help. It didn’t go well, because someone who was watching her for a few hours stole her and sold her into slavery. Her mother and the others never saw Jade again.
Jade worked in slavery from a young age. She was sold into it at age three, and used as a sex slave for clients who wanted something younger. She remained in slavery until age eight, when she managed to slip a knife away and murder her client. She managed to kill the guards and then her ‘master’. She was rescued by a Chinese assassin and his partner, an African master of poisons. The two brought her away, and to the League of Shadows, where they could have her trained. They saw great potential in her.
She spent years training under the League of Shadows, and is still learning to this day, honing her skills. Upon joining, she lost all traits she had once had, but they were mostly destroyed when she was sold to slavery anyway. She was a cold, emotionless killer, who found satisfaction in murder.
She trained with poisons from the African master, and in blades from the Chinese master; they were her primary instructors, since they had rescued her. Ra’s al Ghul himself oversaw some of her training, becoming incredibly surprised with her skill. He saw her as one of the best that the League had to offer, although he grew to fear her as well, and her lack of remorse, and the mere fact that she may one day turn against her own people.
Because of this, Jade is almost always kept on assignment, away from the base of the League of Shadows, as a precautionary measure. Ra’s expects her to destroy herself eventually, but for now, she is an incredible asset to have.
