Overview: When she’s in her identity as Kate, she plays the part of the spoiled heiress. She throws tantrums, she spends copious amounts of money, she parties, she’ll sleep with every beautiful woman she can find and-
It’s all a gigantic act. In reality, Kate is calm and composed. She has the air of authority and composure you would expect from a soldier, while having an active passion for helping people. She dislikes permanently injuring her opponents, preferring to restrain and disable whenever she can. While she is a lesbian, she is a lot chaster than her persona suggests. She is a hopeless romantic who loves dogs.

- Ace: Ace is the older of her two dogs. She rescued him from a gang who would be using him for dog fighting. In return he acts as her watchdog, companion, and occasional scenthound.
- Krypto: Krypto is the younger of her two dogs, who she found tied up to a tree alone in the graveyard her mother was buried in. Krypto is a bit more outgoing than Ace, but he isn’t as brave as Ace.
History
Being a military brat, Kate and her family never stayed in one place for long. But Brussels was where things changed forever. Gabi, Elizabeth and Kate seeing the sights while Jacob was on a mission with NATO, when terrorists struck. A bomb went off, killing both Gabi and Elizabeth, leaving Kate mentally scarred.
When Jacob’s tour of duty ended, she decided to go to Westpoint. Jacob considered this decision insane, but let her do what she wanted anyway. She received the training of her life, having finally found her calling. Unfortunately, her superior officer learned that Kate was gay, and kicked her out on the spot.
Kate fell into a deep depression, circling the drain. Even as her father became richer, she didn’t know what to do. But one day, she found her inspiration; the Batman of Gotham. She rededicated herself to becoming the Batwoman.
