Overview:
Carrie is a girl obsessed with the Starling City vigilante. As the daughter of a rich businessman, she has a lot of options ahead of her, including never having to work. She doesn’t want that, although she has never had a job before and wants something easier to start with.
She’s intelligent and studious, friendly, sweet, kind and open to people. She’d rather live her own life, although she’s easily impressionable by the right type of person. She’s become impressed by the Hood, and has fallen for him and his ideals. She’s a bit naïve in the ideas of love and affection, but she’s too deep.
She’s good with people, and good in social and business situations. She understands a variety of languages: English, French, German, Spanish and Chinese. In her free time she’s practiced in swimming, archery and climbing.
She’s the type of person that a lot of people like. She’s well read, she’s attractive, she’s kind and caring. She’s had a lot of people fall for her, but hasn’t shown enough interest in any of them to reciprocate.
She’s taken it upon herself to emulate the Hood and hope to meet him. She knows it’s dangerous, she knows it’s stupid, but she’s fallen deeply for him, for the first time in her life.

History
Carrie was born to a rich, successful businessman of a father, and her mother stayed at home to take care of her, living off of her husband’s money. When Carrie grew older, her mother always told her that she’d be much the same, if she wanted. She could live off the family money (assuming they didn’t crash and the banks were fine).
As Carrie grew up she didn’t know what she wanted. She went to the best schools, learned well, did very well, and excelled with ease. She was a great student, and decided that she’d have her own life instead of living off of the family’s money.
She went off to Harvard and spent some years abroad in France. When she came back, she had no decision as to what exactly she’d do with her life. She stayed around with her parents for years, and when they began to do business with Queen Consolidated in Starling, she went along.
It was around the time they were preparing to move that she learned about the Hood, and began to follow him in the news. She was amazed by him, and what he was doing. She wanted to know more, she wanted to meet him, she wanted to be with him.
She took up archery and was a fast learner. She has no doubt she’s nowhere near as good as him, but she’s still learning and improving. She made her own suit in preparation for arriving in Starling, planning on tracking him down.
Once they were arranged with Queen, she began to work as Moira Queen’s personal assistant, becoming involved in the lives of the Queen family, still seeking out the Hood in the night.
