Here you can request characters you may need for a certain plot and maybe if you're lucky another player will come along and make them for you.
COMMISSIONER JAMES "JIM" GORDON
Poor Commissioner Gordon: his marriage is on the rocks, his daughter idolizes a vigilante, vicious criminals are roaming the streets, there is corruption in the GPD, and his son is a psychopath on the verge of a being a sadistic serial killer. Sounds like plenty of plot-tunity (plot-opportunity) for you! Barbara needs a father in her life so get to it!
May or may not have to be played by Gary Oldman (though I would prefer it if you did).
