Posture: The way Steph walks normally, you wouldn’t immediately notice her. If you watched long enough however, you’d notice her dramatic movements. She’ll actively play up her movements when she puts on her Spoiler outfit, dramatically opening her cape or hitting the switch on her belt.
Scars/ Tattoo’s/ Other markings: She has a tattoo of the letter S in fancy font on her shoulder.
Accessories: Steph wears a locket with her mother’s picture at all times. She treats it almost like an amulet, and likes to imagine her mother is always watching her.

- Steph isn’t the most durable person in the team. When she’s redesigning her suit, she is constantly grappling with the question of speed and stealth or protection.
- Her stealth gizmo only works in short bursts, and has long recharge times.

Relationships:
- Arthur Brown/Cluemaster: Steph’s father. She isn’t quite sure whether to trust him or not after her mother’s suspicious and untimely death. The two had a close relationship before the death (and the murder of her babysitter).
Overview: Steph isn’t someone to take anything too heavily. She’s a jokester, constantly making wisecracks. She’ does her best to try and lift her team’s spirits, and keep her teammates from going too far down the vigilante rabbithole. She is driven, and ready to do whatever it takes to protect people.
Other Equipment:
- The Spoiler Suit: Spoiler’s outfit takes the form of a purple bodysuit, black boots, and black gloves. It also has a silver garter belt on the leg to hold her boomstick and a black belt for design purposes. Overtop all of this is a cloak that is the same pinkish purple color. She used to use a full face mask, but eventually replaced it with a blue domino mask due to vision problems. Her outfit is made of a material that lessens the effectiveness of knives, while her cloak is semi-bullet proof.
- Commlink: Steph (sort of) helped build a set of several earbuds for the team that allow them to talk to each other via a hacked wireless signal. They tend to go dead in rural areas. While she will gladly claim that she built them, her role was mostly setting up them up to patch into the wifi of the nearest location, and when no wifi is available, tap into local celltowers.
- Boomstick: A collapsible/telescoping, metal quarterstaff. She named it “the boomstick” because of the whirring click and loud clang it makes when it opens up.

History
Stephanie likes to think that she grew up with a normal home life with her mother Crystal. While Crystal wasn’t really a single parent, Arthur Brown’s life involved a lot of travel. Stephanie never knew where her father was a lot of the time. Whenever she asked where her father was, her mother would say “Away”. What he did? “Shipping.” Crystal did this for years to protect Steph, but one day, the masquerade was broken.
Because Crystal had to work a lot, she hired a babysitter a lot of the time to watch Stephanie. They cycled through many babysitters, who all seemed strangely terrified when Arthur would come home. He had recently moved his “business” back home to Gotham so that he could see his daughter more, which she was thrilled with. One day when she was 10, Steph’s babysitter got to her house bombed out of his mind due to a recent break-up. Just as Arthur walked through the door, he made the mistaking of slapping Stephanie in a drunken rage. Steph never saw the guy again, but the stories swirled. A few days later, her new babysitter told them that her old one had commited suicide.
About three years ago was when hers and her father’s relationship hit its boiling point. He stumbled home one day, covered in blood. When Steph asked what happened, he lied and said that he and Crystal had been in a car accident. Steph never knew exactly what happened, but all she knew is that her mother was dead. By this point she had had enough, and moved in with her friend Cissie. Last year, she decided that she would try to stop her father any way possible, which lead to her part in forming the Teen Titans.
