Overview: Rose is the ultimate party girl. She'll try anything once and gives no fucks about the consequences of her actions. She lives for no one but herself and pities peopl who are too dependent on others. She's racing right down the path of self-destruction, plowing down anyone that tries to help her. She has no higher purpose in life so her life is hers to destroy. She was trained to be the ultimate assassin, but the only person she wants to kill is herself.

History
Rose was born when Slade Wilson visited Bludhaven twenty years ago for reasons unknown to her. It is also unclear how they met and what he felt for her mother. Her mother wasn't anything special, at least to Rose. She was a sad woman who often forgot Rose was even though or she even was. It wasn't until much later that Rose realized her mother had slowly lost her sanity over the years. Rose did not stay with her mother long. Her father eventually came for her when she was only six years old. She wasn't sure if her mother had even realized she had left. That was the last time Rose had ever seen her....
Her father took her with him. They traveled across the country, never staying at one place for too long. As it turns out, her father was a killer and it was Rose's destiny to follow in her father's footsteps. For the next several years, Rose grew stronger, faster, and deadlier under her father's guidance. He taught many useful skills like hot wiring, pick pocketing, and torture. When she only twelve, she killed her first man. Her father was proud.
Two years later, her father believed she finally ready to really prove herself. Everything before was child's play, he said. This was the real deal. If she could bring him the head of the infamous assassin Deathstroke, she would not only bring joy to her father, but finally be ready to stand alongside him. She wanted nothing more. Her father had located Deathstroke somewhere in Australia. They had to hurry though, her father had received intell that Deathstroke was heading to some unknown island in the near future and would slip right out of their fingers.
She was able to corner her prey, but that was only because he let her get in close. She tried to pierce his heart with her sword, but she was no match for him. She had failed her father... The man known as Deathstroke was about to finish her off when he noticed something oddly familiar about her. It was then when her father entered the scene and tried to claim Deathstroke's head for himself. They battled, all the while her father called her useless and said that he should have left her in that hole where he found her.
Her father and the man Deathstoke seemed to know each other. Rose's eyes went wide when Deathstroke called her father "brother." She didn't understand what was happening anymore. Why did her father want her to kill his own brother? Her uncle? It didn't matter though. She had failed and her father wanted no failure in his life, he told her so many times over the years. Rose couldn't take it anymore and fled. She never learned the outcome of that battle.
She was stuck homeless in Australia for the next two years. It was there she picked some rather bad habits. Alcohol, drugs, underage sex - all of it take her mind off her father and that night. He never came looking for her. That didn't bother Rose. She wanted nothing to do with him or his brother. She was going to live her life her way and was only after she collected enough money selling her body that she booked a flight back to the United States and left Australia for good.
She knew that her mother was most likely dead so nothing remained for her in Bludhaven so she stopped in Starling City and hasn't left since.
