"Well, I'm not going to allow you to murder anyone else." Ollie said. Now for the tricky part... In as fluid a motion as he could manage, given their positioning, he raised himself off of Helena, flipped her over, and pulled her hands behind her back, zipcuffing them.

Helena put her feet on the bed and flipped back, using her agility and practice at this stuff to flip over Oliver and loop her now bound hands around his neck to try to choke him with the zip cuff.
