The last thing that had been on Terry's mind during school today was to suit up and go out at night, but it's what he did anyway. Under the mask of Red X he enjoyed the freedom he held, the things he could do. He stopped some criminals here and there, but it was almost more about the sheer freedom of running on rooftops under a mask to hide his identity, performing parkour off of tall buildings, and being armed with blades for practice for the main intent of the suit.
He landed on a lower rooftop and sat against a metal protrusion that was something for the cooling ducts, looking out at the sunset cut between the towering buildings in Gotham, shining orange light in streaks out.

No date, no chores, no homework, the same-old Gotham. Yup, tonight sounded like a perfect night for crime fighting. Stephanie ran across the rooftops, her cloak flowing in the breeze. When Steph had her Spoiler gear on, nothing could keep her down.
She leaped onto the next rooftop, stumbling slightly as she did. Parkour was new for her, but she was getting better at it everyday. It especially helped when she switched masks. Nearby, she saw Red X leaning against a vent thingy.
"Evening Mr Xtreme" she called over.

He recognized the voice, and when he looked, he recognized the costume. Wonderful, and his identity was still his own secret.
He rose slowly, happy about having a voice modulator in his mask. "And who would you be, woman in purple?" he called out, keeping some distance.

"Spoilers" Stephanie quoted as she walked over. She fiddled with her cloak, throwing it over her shoulder to reveal her suited form. "So what brings you to these parts?"

"Freedom," he told her, folding his arms and taking a few steps forward. One of his hands was close to his pouch on his belt, so he dug around a little with his fingers, being very discreet.

"That sunset doesn't hurt either I bet" Stephanie said, pretending not to see where his hand was going.

He looked out at it and dropped his arms, not having done anything.

"So whats with the Red Skeleton routine?" Steph asked, walking next to him. "You look like the new member of Youngblood."

"What's with that hood?" he questioned back, turning to directly face her, "I imagine it's not doing you many favors. Exposing it might be much better for you."

"Intimidation" Stephanie said candidly. "Although you ARE right" she said with annoyance. "But it was either a hood or a full face mask, so..."

He reached up, brushing his fingers across where her chin would be, "Maybe you should just remove it all."

"You first Skully" she said, crossing her arms.

"If that's what you wish," he said, reaching up. He gripped the skull portion of his mask and then moved forward the small distance between them, swinging his other arm out to attempt to catch her across the body and pin her against the metal ductwork. With only a foot and a half or so between them, he figured this would work.

Steph raised an eyebrow as she was pinned against the wall, but said nothing.

Red X used his free hand to draw out his rope, swinging it around the ventilation and then around her chest to pin her arms down.
